An ecommerce admin panel for products, stock and orders

Every store we build comes with an admin panel where you manage products, stock, discounts, orders, reviews and courier bookings yourself. Day-to-day changes don't need a developer.

Run your store without waiting on a developer

A store that needs a developer every time you add a collection or change a price quickly becomes a store that's out of date. The admin panel is built so that you and your team handle the everyday work: new products, restocks, sales, discount codes, orders and shipping.

It replaces the spreadsheets, notebooks and WhatsApp chats many sellers use to keep track of what's in stock and who ordered what, with one place that the storefront reads from directly. When you change something in the admin panel, the store reflects it, so customers see what you actually have.

Products, categories and departments

Add and edit products with image galleries, descriptions and prices, and organise them into departments and categories that match how your customers shop, such as Women, Men and Kids, or Skincare and Fragrance. Set a sale price and the store shows the percentage off automatically.

  • Products, categories and departments you create and edit yourself
  • Option groups such as sizes and colours, with per-option price and stock
  • Sale prices with the percentage off shown on the store
  • Bulk product import from an Excel or CSV spreadsheet

Option groups let you add sizes, colours or any other choice to a product. Each option can carry its own price adjustment and its own stock, so an extra-large can cost more, and one colour can sell out without hiding the whole product.

Stock you can trust

Managing online store stock is only useful if the numbers are right. Stock is reserved as soon as a customer places an order, so the storefront won't sell what you no longer have. Cancelling an order in the admin puts its stock back.

Editing a product also won't overwrite stock changes that orders made in the meantime. If you open a product to fix its description while orders are coming in, saving your edit doesn't reset the stock to what it was when you opened the page.

Orders, statuses and payment status

Every order lands in the orders list with the customer's details, items, options and verified total. Orders move through clear statuses: pending, processing, shipped, delivered, returned and cancelled, with a payment status alongside, which is useful when COD money arrives from the courier after delivery.

From an order you can book a Leopards or PostEx shipment, sync tracking updates from the courier, and cancel if needed. Cancelling returns the stock and the discount-code use, so your records match reality. You can also update an order's payment status once the courier has settled the cash, keeping money and orders in step.

Discount codes with sensible limits

Discount codes are a staple of Pakistani online retail, from Eid sales to launch offers for followers. You can create percentage or fixed-amount codes, set a minimum order value and a maximum discount, cap how many times a code can be used, and choose start and expiry dates.

You can also choose to promote a code on the site, so shoppers who didn't see your story still find it. Codes are checked on the server at checkout, so an expired or used-up code won't reduce an order. Someone sharing a code in a group chat can't use it past the limit you set.

Sale prices, sale pages and new arrivals

Running a sale shouldn't mean editing a banner, a price list and a WhatsApp broadcast separately. When you set a sale price on a product in the admin panel, the storefront shows the sale price with the percentage off, and the product appears on the store's sale page for shoppers hunting for offers.

New products appear on the new-arrivals page, giving returning customers an obvious place to see what has just landed. Together with discount codes you can promote on the site, this lets you run a seasonal sale or a launch from the admin panel alone, without asking anyone to rebuild pages.

Reviews, dashboard and couriers

Customer reviews appear as soon as they are posted, and from the admin panel you can hide any review or reply to it. If you prefer to approve reviews first, the store can be set up that way. Reviews from customers who actually bought the product carry a "verified purchase" badge on the storefront, which helps new buyers trust what they read.

A dashboard gives you an overview when you log in, and the couriers page is where you switch on Leopards and PostEx and keep their city lists up to date. Admin access is enforced on the server, so only your admin accounts can make changes.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. You can bulk import products from a spreadsheet in Excel or CSV format, then fine-tune individual products, images and options in the admin panel.

Can each size or colour have its own stock?
