Why fashion brands outgrow Instagram DMs

Clothing sells well on Instagram because it's visual, but the ordering side gets messy fast. "Price?", "Medium available hai?", "Ye wala black mein?" Each question is a DM someone has to answer, often after the customer has moved on. On launch days, the inbox can bury real orders under questions.

A clothing brand website in Pakistan answers those questions on the product page itself: the price, the sizes and colours in stock and the size guide, so customers can decide and order at any hour while your team focuses on packing.

Sizes and colours with their own stock

In fashion, a product is rarely one item. A kurta in three colours and five sizes is fifteen things that can sell out separately. Each option can carry its own stock, so when medium sells out in maroon, customers can still buy small and large, and nobody orders a size you don't have.

  • Per-size and per-colour stock, reserved the moment an order is placed
  • Price adjustments per option, such as stitched or extended sizes
  • Filters by price, size and colour, plus sorting
  • Image galleries to show fabric, print and fit

Options can also carry their own price adjustment, useful for extended sizes, a stitched version of an unstitched suit, or a dupatta add-on. Shoppers can filter by size and colour, so someone looking for an XL only sees what fits, rather than scrolling past pieces that are gone in their size.

A size guide on every product page

Wrong sizes are one of the most common reasons clothing parcels come back, and on COD a refused parcel costs you both ways. Product pages include a size guide, so customers can check measurements before ordering instead of guessing or sending a DM asking for a chart.

It won't prevent every exchange, but a clear size guide next to the size options sets expectations and gives you something concrete to point to when a customer asks what to order. It also saves your team from sending the same measurement chart in DMs over and over.

Collection launches, Eid sales and discount codes

The fashion calendar in Pakistan runs on moments: summer lawn launches, Eid collections, winter drops and end-of-season sales. The store has a new-arrivals page for fresh collections and a sale page that gathers everything discounted. Set a sale price and the percentage off shows automatically.

Discount codes can be limited by dates, minimum order value, maximum discount and number of uses, so an Eid code ends when the sale ends. You can share a code in your stories and also choose to promote it on the site for visitors who missed it.

Returns and exchanges without stock confusion

Exchanges are part of selling clothes online. When an order is cancelled in the admin panel, its stock goes back on sale automatically, along with any discount-code use, so the medium you thought was sold becomes available again without a manual correction. That keeps the size options on your product pages accurate for the next customer, instead of showing a size as sold out when it's sitting back on your shelf.

Orders can also be marked as returned, keeping your records clear. Your store includes a returns page where you set out your own exchange and return policy, so customers know the rules before they order rather than after a parcel arrives.

COD and courier booking for busy launch weeks

Most clothing orders in Pakistan are cash on delivery. The order total, including option prices, discount and delivery fee, is checked on the server, so the rider collects exactly what you set even when a sale code is involved. Stock is reserved at checkout, which matters when a popular print is down to its last few pieces. Rate limiting on orders from the same connection or email also makes scripted fake orders harder to place during a big sale.

When it's time to ship, you book Leopards or PostEx from the order in the admin panel. The tracking number is emailed to the customer, and the system won't let you book the same order twice when the team is working fast.

A store that looks like your label

Fashion customers judge a brand by how it presents itself. Your store is designed around your brand on your own domain, with department and category pages that match how you organise collections. You can browse the demo store at /demo to see a clothing catalogue with sizes, colours, a sale page and reviews working together.

Frequently asked questions

Can I upload a whole lawn collection at once?

Yes. Products can be bulk imported from an Excel or CSV spreadsheet, and you can then add images and adjust options in the admin panel.

Can stitched and unstitched versions have different prices?

Yes. Any option can have its own price adjustment and its own stock, so stitched and unstitched, or regular and extended sizes, can be priced and tracked separately.

How are exchanges for the wrong size handled?

You set your own exchange policy on the returns page. In the admin panel, cancelling an order puts its stock back automatically, and orders can be marked as returned so your records stay accurate.

Can I run an Eid sale with a discount code that expires?

Yes. Discount codes can have start and expiry dates, a minimum order value, a maximum discount and a usage limit, and you can choose to promote a code on the site.

What will a clothing store cost to build?

It depends on your catalogue size and what your brand needs. Get in touch with details of your collections and we'll talk through it and give you a quote.
